Jobs for the Future

Jobs for the Future is a workforce development and education organization that identifies, develops and promotes new education and workforce strategies that help communities, states and the nation compete in a global economy. Founded in 1983, Jobs for the Future is based in Boston.

Douglas Gould and Company is working with Jobs for the Future on a new adult basic education initiative, developing a strategic communications plan including core messages, key audiences and tactics to support this work. With anchor funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, this multi-state, multi-year initiative is expected to advance low-skill adults in education and training programs so they can find success in today’s labor market.
