Chantal Escobar, Graphic Designer
Chantal is an artist at heart. She is also one of the happiest and most positive people you will meet. She grew up in the “mountains” of North Jersey, where you can play golf, ski, and… not much else.
When Chantal discovered the arts, she uncovered her passion. While taking courses at F.I.T. in New York, she realized graphic design was her calling-- she had found her canvas.
Chantal moved on to The Art Institute of Philadelphia to major in graphic design. After graduation she worked for a large advertising firm at the Media & Marketing Group. She also freelanced, designing logos and marketing materials for a variety of individuals and businesses. Most importantly, she became a mother to her beautiful son, Elias.
Chantal joined Douglas Gould and Company to continue her professional dreams in the New York market and put her artistic and design expertise to work for nonprofits and foundations. Her work for our clients, to date, includes a logo for Arts for Academic Achievement in Minneapolis and a brochure for The Schott Foundation 50 State Report. Among many other graphic projects, Chantal is currently re-designing www.communitycollegecentral.org, the online location for the Ford Foundation’s Bridges to Opportunity initiative, scheduled to launch later this year.
