Dana B. Nachbar, Media Coordinator:
Dana joined Douglas Gould and Company in January of 2007.  Prior to joining us, Dana worked as Communications Assistant for the Westchester Arts Council, where she was responsible for maintaining a database of the county’s cultural organizations’ events, as well as managing the organization’s Web site, writing and distributing press releases, writing articles and coordinating ads.  During her time at the Arts Council she was also privileged to headline a weekly advertorial that was inserted into The Journal News, the county’s main newspaper outlet.  Dana’s experience with the arts makes her a strong resource for projects such as the Ford Foundation’s Integrating the Arts and Education Reform Initiative. Dana holds a B.A. in English and a certificate for Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts.
