Patricia Armetta Haubner,
Senior Associate:
Whether it's on the ski slopes or pitching a story to a reporter, Pattie Haubner loves to go for it. Although she always adds the caveat, "I only dial the number or point my skis downhill after I’ve assessed the landscape and chosen the best line."
With 25+ years experience Pattie has passionately supported education, arts, health care and youth development organizations whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all people. Pattie’s talent lies in translating big picture ideas into integrated branding and creative strategic communications campaigns that result in securing media coverage, building advocacy, raising funds and impacting policy.
Pattie's agility under fire has been an invaluable asset on many occasions. On September 11th 2001, as the Communications Director for the League of American Theatres and Producers, Patti was charged with articulating the Broadway theatre industry's response to the terrorist attacks and establishing their leadership role in the city's recovery. After the Virginia Tech crisis she leveraged national media coverage to transition a new communications platform for The Columbia University TeenScreen program and for Marymount College Tarrytown, in the wake of women’s colleges going co-ed she played an integral role in re-igniting the national dialogue on the benefits of an all-women's education.
Pattie relishes in the collaborative spirit at DG and values the opportunity to develop close relationships with her clients.
When she's not working, Pattie enjoys skiing with her husband and two teenagers, traveling the world with a guidebook and no reservations and checking out the latest shows on the Great White Way.
